Developer Interview!
Q: What was the biggest challenge with making stairs? A: I ran into a block when making the end of the second part -- whilst
I had a plot outline already I couldn't connect the second and last parts
in my head. I ended up reusing a piece of stimulus that I had from ages
ago to resolve the issue. This took me a lot of will-power to overcome.
Also, making a game people would want to play.
Q: What were your biggest inspirations when coming up with ideas for your
game? A: The Nutshell Studies of Unexplained Death, created by Frances Glessner
Lee. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-6ndwvK3UI
Midnight Mass, Exorcist III, Moonlight Syndrome, House, Silent Night Deadly
Night Part 5: The Dollmaker, and, importantly, Palette: Forget Me Not.
For some reason, I listened to the album "You're A Good Man, Charlie
Brown" a lot when making this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuKCn9VEN8Y
.
Q: What would you add if you had more time? A: Content
Developer's favorite Frog: White's Tree Frog
He looks like how I imagine blamerobots

quinnsays...
I was not looking forward to this one. After last year's "phone game" (Yeah uhhhh. i played it on PC btw... confusing title.)
I had some expectations going in. All your little tricks, the loud stingers, the limited view while surrounded by darkness- I thought I was gonna hate this.
I did not. (Thanks family guy and american dad. MVPs fr fr.)
This was a nice little romp, with the best puzzles in this jam. Yeah, I said it. Blessing by the puzzlegod himself. I really enjoyed them.
Superdave nailed it, too. All the graphics look fannnnnnnntastic. Idk how you did some of that. (and because it's on the front page on the site, I can talk about my fave scene. I lol'd at the bedroom window view of a brick wall. beautiful. Says so much, without saying anything at all.)
The world needs more Robots music. I hope you never retire and are worked into the dirt because your talent is just that good.
anyway the game sucked (too scary) but you should def do more!

this game feels like it may have centered around some particularly memorable moments, and they succeeded, i wont be forgetting them
