Quote:I'm obsessed with anything spicy. Recently my favorite food is.... burritos. There's a local burrito place I go to twice a week, I get the spiciest burrito you can make on this earth. It feels embarrassing to admit this for some reason.
I LOVE burritos! That sounds super tasty :P Spicy food is fun! I'd say my tolerance to spice is fairly moderate. I can handle a good amount but anything too excessive just makes my nose run -3-

Yummy ^_^ All great choices!! And lol no worries I'm the same way. Aside from noodles, I love: tacos, burritos, sushi, mac & cheese (i guess that falls under noodles), japanese curry, gummy candy, cucumber salad (almost all kinds.) Way too many to list.

Spicy food is fascinating... perhaps it's a form of sadomasochism?
Ducky: I would love to hear that cucumber salad recipe.
I also love curry.

I love cucumbers in general, so any salad that has cucumber as a primary ingredient I'll almost always love. Some of my favorites include: din tai fung cucumbers, Oi Muchim, Oi Naengguk (this is more like a cold soup but still so tasty), sunomono, and greek salads that have cucumber in it :P
One cucumber treat I like that i guess is more of a snack than a full on salad consists of literally just sliced cucumbers sprinkled with a spritz of lemon (or lime) and a pinch of salt and chili powder. It's common in Mexican households!

I also love cucumbers with lemon/lime and chili powder. I used to have it all the time as a kid.
Is the chili powder just tajin or something else?
